Diana did an amazing job handling both the sale of our house and the purchase of the new one. From start to finish the process was very pleasant. Diana is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and always ready to provide advices and help. Anytime we contacted her by phone, text or email, we always received a prompt response. Diana went beyond and above her job as a realtor. She also referred us to very reliable professionals that we needed such as a broker and lawyer. I met Diana and Rick in the summer of 2013 when I relocated to the GTA (Mississauga) to further my studies after graduating from the university. I got in contact with Rick randomly online and exchanged messages in which he advised for a meet in person to know what my requirements were. During this meeting, Rick and Diana basically gave a breakdown of how things worked as there was a huge difference from what I was used too before relocating. On a daily basis I got listings based on what I wanted which included detailed information on every property that could be a possibility. This process took a few weeks but Diana and Rick made this process beyond stress free and when we finally narrowed my options to 3 places, they gave their honest opinions and weighed the pros and cons for each place. Once this process was done and completed, usually I would expect things to move on as normal but this is where Diana and Rick completely took me by surprise. On a constant basis they kept in touch with me to know how things were going in my new place, school amongst others. We met up regularly and I saw this wasn't about customer service but this were just who they were as a person individually and collectively as a couple. Family oriented but most importantly loving and caring about what they do as a profession and turning that into great relationships. Further down the line, I introduced a close friend to them who was trying to get a property on the market and with no surprise the same professionalism was carried forward. I was in a tight corner 3 years ago when it was time to close on my two pre-construction condo units. Due to my financial situation at the time this became almost impossible. I needed to sell one fast to retain the other with the funds from the sold one. I needed a miracle, and that’s what Diana made happen for me as I had just about 3 weeks to do this. She went to work immediately she came in. I got multiple offers less than 48 hours it went on the market and sold on the third day. What stood out most for me was the level of responsiveness and professionalism. My calls were personally answered. All issues were promptly addressed, I was carried along from start to finish. we worked with Diana when we were transferred from Ottawa to Toronto. Diana was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. We had a specific neighbourhood in mind, and we had a limited timeframe to find a home. Diana took us to numerous properties in our preferred neighbourhood, but we quickly realised that the neighbourhood was not as ideal as we had imagined from a distance.
